Items must request a return within 10 business days of receiving your item. Refund only available on full priced purchased items.

Items must be received in original condition and packaging- unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

any items returned to us without chiquel approval will not be accepted and additional charges will incur for return of item back to you
- non returnable items: items under hair care and accessories, headwear, costume wigs
credit
- a restocking fee of $12.95 per item applies to all returned items (exc shipping cost)
- credits can be used in store or online
- credit vouchers are valid for 3 years
- chiquel will take no responsibility in lost codes
- if you purchase an item using a credit and it is noted of being on back order, if you do wish to cancel this order, you will be reissued a new credit with the amount, we are unable to issue a refund on a credit purchase due to stock unavailability.
