returns 

  • Items must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 
  • Items must be received in original condition and packaging- unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • any items returned to us without chiquel approval will not be accepted and additional charges will incur for return of item back to you
  • non returnable items: all items under hair care and accessories, hair care products, headwear
  • applicable to online purchase's only- instore pruchase policy may differ
  • Chiquel does not cover return shipping

credit

  • credits can be used in store or online
  • credit vouchers are valid for 3 years
  • chiquel will take no responsibility in lost codes
  • if you purchase an item using a credit and it is noted of being on back/pre order, if you do wish to cancel this order, you will be reissued a new credit with the same amount
  • please choose carefully as any orders using a credit will be classified as a final sale (no returns) other then in the event of the item being faulty- to ensure high quality each item is inspected by quality control before shipment
