CREDIT 

  • store credits will be sent to you as a gift card via the email address of your original order. 
  • credits can be used in store or online
  • credits are valid for 12 months. 
  • chiquel will take no responsibility in lost codes
  • if you purchase an item using a credit and it is noted of being on back order, if you do wish to cancel this order, you will be reissued a new credit with the amount, we are unable to issue a refund on a credit purchase due to stock unavailability.
  • a restocking fee will be deducted of $12.95 on you credit upon return 
  • please choose carefully as any orders using a credit voucher/gift card will be classified as a final sale (no returns)
  • free gifts are only valid as a one time offer per client 

INELIGIBLE CREDIT 

  • items not eligible for a credit: custom design pieces, worn items, smell e.g. perfume, smoke e.t.c, wholesale orders, costume wigs, accessories, care products, beauty/makeup or sale items
  • any products listed under hair care and accessories, wig caps, wig liners, colour swatches, headwear, hair care products human hair care, synthetic hair care

HOW TO REQUEST FOR A CREDIT 

  • customers must notify the desire within 7 - 10 business upon receiving your order. we are unable to accept a credit request after this period. a credit must be pre-authorised by chiquel. please follow the link to make a return
  • items must be returned within a week 
  • items must be sent back in perfect condition, factory standards, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tag(s) attached and in original packaging or credit will be denied, order will be sent back to sender, delivery charges will apply.
  • any items returned to us without an RMA approval will not be accepted and additional charges will incur for return of item back to you
  • items must be returned via registered post and signature on delivery (we take no responsibility for lost items or unsigned for deliveries)
  • once your item(s) has been returned to us, inspected and deemed to be eligible for a credit note we will then proceed to be process and sent via email to with your credit code information.
  • Please allow 3 - 5 days for process of credit once item has been received by chiquel

    REFUND

    Chiquel understands that it is difficult buying online when you are unable to try the selected item(s) for style or colour to suit your desired outcome. 

    ELIGIBLE REFUND

    • must be in perfect condition, factory standards, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tag(s) attached and in original packaging
    • a restocking fee of 20% applies to all returned items (exc shipping cost)
    • only offered on full price purchased item

    INELIGIBLE REFUND

                     EXCHANGES 

    Please note that we do not offer exchanges, if eligible we do offer credit vouchers which will be issued to you upon the return of your item which will then enable you to choose another item from our online store. 

           PROMOTION/SALE TERMS/DISCOUNT/FREE GIFTS

    If your item(s) are purchased on a sale, discount, promotion or free gifts promotion you are able to return the item(s) and receive a credit, we offer credits to the value of your returned item that can be used on any future purchases online or instore which is valid for 12 months, (exc shipping cost) for full terms and conditions please refer to the credit section above.

    No Refund on discounted or promotional/sale item(s)/free gifted orders, only a store credit is given due to change of mind.

    Promotion/sale items cannot be in conjunction/combined with any other specials/discounts given. 

    Promotions are only valid for online purchases only (not valid instore)
