CANCELLATION & REFUSALS
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, never picked up, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 50% of your total order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
A $35 fee occurs if you do cancel your order within the first 24 hours of order placement. There is an immediate 20% cancellation fee after the 24-hour mark, if you wish to cancel your order.
No cancellation on sale/promotion items
Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
Although we stock an array of different products some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to full fill your order. Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect Chiquel absorbs the full cost of the item(s) in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 20% cancellation fee
CHANGES TO ORDER
A 20% fee of your total order will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order within 24 hours after the order is placed. This includes item, colour, payment, shipping, or coupon/credit redemption changes. NO changes can be made after 24 hours of order placement.
