Please note that unforseen delays could occur we are unable to refund an order if it does exceed our processing time due to covid-19 unexpected delays have occurred. - For shipments returned to chiquel.com.au due to bad address information, return to sender or refusal upon delivery, there will be a fee charged accordingly. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind.
For Express shipment of $14.95, please still allow the processing time of 5-10 working days for order to be ready for shipment. Once your order is ready to be shipped it will be sent Express via Australia Post
All items are photographed and inspected by our quality control department before the item(s) are sent to insure the item is in perfect condition.
Please note that sizing may change from each style, even if the item(s) are shown in the same cap size in the description, this can be due to various factors of the material it is in made in. Please take our sizing as a guide only.
HAIR COLOURS & STYLE
Colour shows up slightly different based on hair fiber or style. Each colour swatch or photo shown can vary from screen to screen as well as production batch as components of the wigs are handmade. Human hair wigs do require styling once received to achieve desired looks.

CANCELLATION & REFUSALS
Cancellations are only available within 2 hours of order placement, NO Cancellations are accepted after this time period.
Why we are unable to accept a cancellation after the 2hour period?
Although we stock an array of different products some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to full fill your order. Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect Chiquel absorbs the full cost of the item(s) in the case of a cancellation.

NO changes can be made after 2 hours of order placement.
