HANDLING TIME 

Please allow 5-10 business days for handling time (excludes weekends/public holidays) for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. When you select a shipping option, please be aware that this is the time it takes to ship after handling.

 

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Handling time can take up to 5-10 business days, due to the large inventory of colours and styles at times certain pieces are shipped to us directly from our supplier or from our Chiquel international warehouse. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

PRE ORDER

Any purchase on a pre order enables you to reserve and receive your specific purchase as soon as it arrives back in stock. A follow up email with an approx date of arrival is sent after order placement, to confirm you are happy to proceed with the time indicated. You are able to cancel this order at anytime before the order has been shipped. Please do contact us if you would like an approx date of arrival before placing your pre order item.

ORDER POLICY

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES 

All orders are automatically processed during order placement. Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of order placement.

NO Cancellations are accepted after this time period. NO Changes after order placement.  

I'VE RECIEVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We aim to provide the highest quality, but from time to time something may go wrong. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to repair a minor fault or minor problem. 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, consumers must give the supplier the chance to fix the problem. It is at the discretion of Chiquel Pty Ltd to:

  • provide a replacement that is identical, or of similar value
  • repair the product within a reasonable time, or 
  • give a refund.

In the case of genuine manufacturing fault, if we are unable to provide a replacement of the identical item/colour, only then will a refund of all costs incurred will be issued back to your original method of payment. 

The consumer’s rights to a remedy apply to the replacement product in the same way as the original product. 

Please note a manufacturing fault does not include general wear and tear.
