Please note that each item is specially ordered and does require to be sent from our chiquel international warehouse to us, thus requires the processing time above. Some item(s) may also be placed on backorder and you will be notified of this. If item(s) is in stock please allow approx. 5-10 business days (exc public holidays, weekend and not including delivery times) for process of order. Please note that unforseen delays could occur during the processing of your order you will be notified in these cases.

DOMESTIC: $9.95 Flat Free Shipment via Australia Post 

- INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: $55.95  5 -10 business days (please allow 5-10 business days for processing of order before shipment) 

- NEW ZEALAND: $39.95 Flat Rate Shipment via Australia Post 5-10 business days (please allow 5-10 business days for processing of order before shipment) 

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by customs for any international deliveries. 

- For shipments returned to chiquel.com.au due to bad address information, return to sender or refusal upon delivery, there will be a fee charged accordingly. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind. 

EXPRESS SHIPMENT 

For Express shipment of $14.95, Please still allow 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once dispatched will be sent Express via Australia Post.

CANCELLATION or CHANGES 

All orders are automatically processed during order placement. Cancellations made within 2 hours of order placement, a fee of $15 will be deducted for cancellation within this period (a fee is charged due to various payment companies having non returnable fees for refunds) 

NO Cancellations are accepted after this time period. NO Changes after order placement. 

Why we are unable to accept a cancellation, or changes after the 2hour period?

Due to the large inventory of colours and styles all orders are special ordered from our international manufacturer to full fill your order. Even if your item has not been shipped, your item has been processed and currently in transit to us to be shipped to you. We are unable to cancel the order during this processing time. Thus the 5-10 working days of process and shipment (exc delivery times) is noted. Please note that during this processing time our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect Chiquel absorbs the full cost of the item(s) in the case of a cancellation. 

QUALITY CONTROL

All items are photographed and inspected by our quality control department before the item(s) are sent to insure the item is in perfect condition.

MANUFACTURING FAULT

We aim to provide the highest quality, but from time to time something may go wrong. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we reserved the right to repair a minor fault or minor problem. 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, consumers must give the supplier the chance to fix the problem. It is at the discretion of Chiquel Pty Ltd to:

  • provide a replacement that is identical, or of similar value
  • repair the product within a reasonable time, or 
  • give a refund.

In the case of genuine manufacturing fault, if we are unable to provide a replacement of the identical item/colour, only then will a refund of all costs incurred will be issued back to your original method of payment. 

The consumer’s rights to a remedy apply to the replacement product in the same way as the original product. 

Please note a manufacturing fault does not include general wear and tear. 

Any faults will be required to be notified within 7-10 business days of receiving your item.

Please note that sizing may change from each style, even if the item(s) are shown in the same cap size in the description, this can be due to various factors of the material it is in made in. Please take our sizing as a guide only.

HAIR COLOURS & STYLE 

Please be aware that due to different screen resolutions colours may vary. This image is intended as a guide only.

Colour shows up slightly different based on hair fiber or style. Each colour swatch or photo shown can vary from screen to screen as well as production batch as components of the wigs are handmade. Human hair wigs do require styling once received to achieve desired looks.
