REFUND

Chiquel understands that it is difficult buying online when you are unable to try the selected item(s) for style or colour to suit your desired outcome. We offer 80% refund on the purchase price excluding postage if you are not 100% satisfied with the style or colour. All returns are on clients cost of postage and handling. For example, if your wig cost $100.00 then you will incur 20% restocking fee your, your total refund amount will be $80.00.

ELIGIBLE REFUND

  • must be in perfect condition, factory standards, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tag(s) attached and in original packaging
  • a restocking fee of 20% applies to all returned items

INELIGIBLE REFUND

  • items not eligible for a refund: custom design pieces, item tried on or worn on, no smell e.g. perfume, smoke e.t.c, wholesale orders, costume wigs, accessories, care products, beauty/makeup or sale items.
  • any products listed under hair care and accessories, wig caps, wig liners, colour swatches, headwear, hair care products human hair care (evo range) or synthetic hair care products, styling tools such as straighteners and styling wands. 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  • customers must notify the problem and desire to refund. requests for refund must be made within 1 week, once the product has been received by postage. refunds must be clearly pre-authorised by chiquel. please contact us on sales@chiquel.com.au to obtain rma (return merchandise authorisation) number. without a rma the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorised product fee. however, the goods must be returned as per the eligible refund clause stated above.
  • items must be returned within a week from the time you receive your rma number.
  • chiquel has the rights whether items have been misused or treated in any way.
  • items must be returned via registered post and signature on delivery (we take no responsibility for lost items or unsigned for deliveries)
  • all refunds will be only refunded back into the original form of payment used. refunds are not allowed to be refunded into a different account from original payment. 

CUSTOM DESIGN REFUND POLICY

Due to the speciality of the item(s), all sales are final on all custom lace front wigs and top pieces. we do not accept delivery of returned products. please take your measurements and other options very carefully. we will make your custom piece according to your exact specifications. we are not responsible for wrong measurements taken or variances in colour caused by monitor settings.

  • redelivery charges apply for all items, cost for domestic is $14.95, international $55.95 worldwide, $39.95 New Zealand.

  • once your exchange has been returned to us, inspected and deemed to be eligible for an exchange we will then proceed to process with your new exchange item(s). Redelivery charges do apply. 

Pre-Order Items

If a pre order item(s) has been selected you will receive a 10% discount on the pre-ordered item. Most pre ordered items take approx. 3-4 weeks excluding delivery time to arrive. If your item(s) have exceeded this timeframe, you will receive a notification within 2-3 days of approx. backorder arrival dates. A cancellation fee of 10% will be incurred if you do wish to cancel your order.
