Codi is a great wig. Lightweight, comfortable, easy to put on and go, stylish, and not at all wiggy.
This is the wig that my family enthusiastically let me know is the best of my wigs. This is the wig strangers regularly compliment. This is the wig that if you don't want to modify it, you could take it straight from the box to your head and look good. This is the wig that those of us who like to thin and pluck a wig into looking more realistic, don't need to even do that.
Personally, I want a full, straight fringe, so I cut fuller, straighter bangs into her. She does have some return hair (the hairs that look like shorter flyaways). I like to take a hot brush to her before leaving the house to tame that, and add a little lift to the bangs so they don't lay flat against my forehead. I don't like the length of the little wispy hairs at the nape of the neck, so I trim those.
Codi is a flatter, thinner style. I prefer this because it looks natural that way, and I've never had naturally voluminous hair so it feels more like "me". She's not got a lace front, and I prefer that because it's one less thing to worry about/hassle. I have an average sized head (leaning toward large) and I cut out the size-adjuster and I'm good. I have a little exposed hair on the sides of my head (temple/near ears), and I have to be careful to keep my bio nape hairs hidden, but that's my only personal bummer about Codi. I could put a little colored mascara, or powder, or a little color spray on that area if I wanted to (I don't bother). If you're buying a color close to your own and encounter this, just pull that little bit of your hair out and blend it into the wig for extra believability.
Originally, I tried Codi because I wanted something like Tori but with a mono top. I was worried I wouldn't like Codi as much as I liked Tori, but found I actually like Codi much better. I haven't touched Tori since.
I feel Codi XO, while awesome, is a little pricey. There are always sales, though.
